About The Weeknd 

Abel Makkonen Tesfaye born on February 16th 1990  better known as The Weeknd is a Canadian singer, songwriter, record producer and Actor. He is mostly known for his tenor vocal range and a pioneer of Alternative R&B, he won 4 Grammys, 20 Billboard Music Awards, 22 Juno Awards, 6 American Music Awards, 3 MTV Video Music Awards and a Latin Grammy Award.

 In 2009 The Weeknd started to make music anonymously under the name xooxoo. In 2010 The Weeknd started to upload three songs under his name which were "What You Need" "Loft Music" & "The Morning", in March 21st 2011 The Weeknd released his first mixtape titled House Of Balloons. The Weeknd then uploaded another mixtape titled "Thursday" which was released August 18th 2011, The Weeknd then released his last mixtape to complete his Trilogy titled "Echoes Of Silence" which was released on December 21st 2011. After the success of his three mixtapes The Weeknd decided to release his first studio album titled "Kiss Land" which was released on September 10th 2013. The following year The Weeknd was supposed to release a 2014 album titled "King Of The Fall" but that album got scrapped for unkown reasons but instead we now have a song titled "King Of The Fall" which was used as a promo for his The Fall  tour. We then got Beauty Behind The Madness which is his second studio album and it's the album that got replaced by "King Of The Fall". Beauty Behind The Madness was his most popular album at the time with tracks like " Can't Feel My Face", "The Hills" and "Often". The next year he released his third studio album titled Starboy, Starboy was his most popular album and most successful album. Starboy was released on November 25th 2016, his album has popular tracks like "Starboy", "Die For You" "I Feel It Coming" Starboy has won multiple awards which are A Grammy Award for "Best Urban Contemporary Album" in 2018 and won MTV Europe Music Award for "Best Video In 2016". 

The next two year The Weeknd hasn't been uploading music, but he was supposed to release an upbeat album back around 2018, however that album got scrapped because of the break up of Abel and Selena Gomez. Instead we now have My Dear Melancholy, which is about his break up with her. Released on March 30th 2018 The Weeknd was writing an EP about his break up with Selena Gomez and how he should've changed
